Our underfloor pipe

The heart of our underfloor heating systems, Chelmer's quality multi-layer pipe incorporates a robust aluminium layer which acts as a 100% oxygen diffusion barrier as well as making the pipe stronger and easier to install since it retains its shape when bent.

We're so confident in the high quality and longevity of our pipe that we offer a 50 year insurance-backed guarantee.

System design guarantee

All of our underfloor heating systems are designed to British and European standard BS EN 1264 "Water based surface embedded heating and cooling systems".

In addition, all of our system designs are covered by a £2M design guarantee.

Other components

Our manifolds are specifically designed to be easy and quick to install on site with no soldering and carry a two year warranty for peace of mind.

All Chelmer underfloor heating room thermostats and central/remote control options are also covered by a two year warranty.
