Cylinder requirements

In order to comply with regulations, all of our thermal store and unvented cylinders must be installed and serviced by a qualified heating engineer who holds Unvented Hot Water certification.

Electrical requirements

Please note that Building regulations (Part P) stipulate that a qualified electrician is required to carry out and sign-off any electrical work in a domestic property, this includes heating system control and power connections.

Gas Safe and OFTEC

In line with government safety regulations, all gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and all oil fired boilers must be installed by an OFTEC registered engineer.
