Chelmer Premium Underfloor Heating Controls
Underfloor heating is best controlled by grouping rooms or areas in to zones, this ensures the efficiency of the system is maximised as only those rooms in use are heated. Chelmer use Heatmiser controls offering two levels of control, Pack B & Pack P.
Pack B
Pack B is the Chelmer standard underfloor system which uses a high quality backlit time control for each floor of underfloor heating, each zone has a matching room thermostat to control the temperature of the zone. If the system incorporates radiators an additional time control and room thermostat can be supplied at an additional cost.
Pack P
Chelmer offer an advanced control system Pack P, these controls are supplied as standard with all Chelmer Packs except Pack B.
Pack P comprises a programmable room thermostat which will provide individual time and temperature control to each zone of underfloor heating together with a number of system enhancements which maybe added. As the system is only 12 Volts individual control of wet rooms, bathrooms and en-suites is an option without the additional cost of remote or probe thermostats.

Pack P Plus
Master keypad with touch screen for controlling up to 32 zones
Pack P Net-Monitor
Windows based computer software program to allow control of up to 32 zones
of heating from a home network or any Internet Browser Worldwide. In addition
6 remote temperature sensors may be used for monitoring and alarm purposes.
Pack P Net-Monitor +
Net-Monitor + offers full remote access to your heating via SMS from a mobile phone, together with all the options of Net Monitor. Take control of your heating via text message and receive alarm indicators on your mobile phone anywhere in the world.
Wiring
All wiring for Pack P should be completed with Category 5 cable as a minimum requirement, Chelmer recommend that Belden cable is used when additional options are being used or if it is likely that the system is to be extended or further controls added at a later date.
